Yet another tutorial for you. This time a small winter fly with spey and lots of fluorescent action going on.  
This one is inspired by Jonas Nilsson, who helped me a lot with tips and advice, for this pattern before we were satisfied.  Credits also go out to Özgur Isler, known on Instagram as oz.flytying. He ties some beautiful flies and was also an inspiration for this one.
