This is pattern number 17. Primrose silk, Red hackle, Thrush

Body: yellow silk, slightly waxed - I assume this means with cobblers wax to darken the color slightly.
Hackle: Red
Wing: Thrush - I used a French Partridge secondary as the color seems to be close.
